TLC is an American women group whose original line-up consisted of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas & Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.
The band was formed in Atlanta, USA back in 1990 and was very successful during the 1990s.
TLC scored 9 top-ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including four number-one singles "Creep", "Waterfalls", "No Scrubs", and "Unpretty".
TLC also recorded four multi-platinum albums, including CrazySexyCool (1994), which received a diamond certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Having sold over 65 million records worldwide, TLC is the best-selling American girl group. VH1 music channel ranked the group as the greatest female band, placing them at number 12 on the list of 100 Greatest Women in Music.
