RÜFÜS DU SOL (formerly stylized as RÜFÜS) is an Australian alternative dance group hailing from Sydney, featuring members Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George, and James Hunt. Initially known as RÜFÜS, the band adopted the name RÜFÜS DU SOL in 2014 for their U.S. presence to differentiate themselves from the funk band Rufus. In 2018, the group officially embraced the name change globally for consistency.
Their debut album *Atlas* reached number one on the Australian charts in 2013, followed by the success of their second album, *Bloom*, which also hit number one in Australia in 2016. Notably, their track "You Were Right" won the ARIA Award for Best Dance Release in 2015.
As part of their *Surrender* world tour from 2021 to 2023, RÜFÜS DU SOL sold out three shows at the Banc of California Stadium. The group earned a Grammy Award in 2022 for Best Dance/Electronic Recording with their single "Alive." In 2023, they headlined Montreal’s Osheaga Festival and are set to headline Sydney’s Field Day on New Year's Day in 2024.

Brett Young is an American country/pop singer and songwriter. His specialty is deep-voiced ballads about all things country, though mainly covering love and inspirational topics. Through his own life, Brett has shown that it always gets better, and that’s a reoccurring theme in his music.

      Brett Young Background

Young’s full name is Brett Charles Young, and he was born in the bold city of Anaheim, California in 1981. Although Young didn’t have any official plans for singing, he always took a liking to it. He was actually very good at baseball and had a career lying ahead of him in the sport.

However, an elbow injury left him thinking of other options, so he returned to music. He released a few EPs before deciding to head to Nashville after a whole life in California. In 2015, he was signed by the Big Machine Label Group and began his new life as an artist.

      Brett Young’s Greatest Hits

Brett Young’s music has topped charts numerous times. Whether he’s collaborated with someone or he’s released it on his own, his tracks are unique and beloved to fans regardless. Some of his greatest hits include “Sleep Without You,” “In Case You Didn’t Know,” “Mercy,” and “Here Tonight.” He also recently won the New Male Vocalist of the Year Award from the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2018.

After leaving the Supremes in 1970, Ross launched a solo career with her self-titled debut album.
She went on to release 26 studio albums, including Touch Me in the Morning (1973), Diana (1980), and Swept Away (1984). Several of her singles, including "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," "Upside Down," and "Endless Love," topped the Billboard Hot 100, making her the most successful female solo act in the U.S. at the time. She continued to achieve global success into the 1980s and 1990s with hits such as "I'm Coming Out" and "When You Tell Me That You Love Me." Ross also gained recognition as an actress, earning an Academy Award nomination for her portrayal of Billie Holiday in Lady Sings the Blues (1972). In 1976, Billboard named her the "Female Entertainer of the Century."
She has sold over 100 million records worldwide and remains the only female artist to achieve number-one singles as a solo artist, part of a duet, a trio member, and in an ensemble. In 1988, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the Supremes and is among the few performers with two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Throughout her career, Ross has received numerous honors, including a Special Tony Award, the Kennedy Center Honors, two Grammy Lifetime Achievement Awards, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
