Michael Samuel Kiwanuka, born on May 3, 1987, is a talented British singer-songwriter and record producer currently signed to Polydor Records. His debut album, *Home Again* (2012), achieved gold status in the UK, while his follow-up album, *Love & Hate* (2016), debuted at number one. Over the years, Kiwanuka has received multiple award nominations, including nods from the Brit Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, BBC Music Awards, and the Grammy Awards. In January 2012, he earned the title of BBC's Sound of 2012, and in September 2020, he won the prestigious Mercury Prize.
