Micky Flanagan, a British comedian, was born on October 7th, 1962. He has showcased his talent at the Edinburgh Fringe and toured the UK with his stand-up shows. Flanagan has made appearances on popular TV shows such as Mock the Week, A League of Their Own, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Was It Something I Said?, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and I Love My Country. Additionally, he presented Micky Flanagan: What Chance Change? on Radio 4.
Michael John Flanagan, a professional comedian from England, started his career in 1997 after taking a comedy course at Jacksons Lane in 1996. He performed in the Big Value Comedy Show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2001 and co-headlined with Nina Conti in 2003. Flanagan's solo show, What Chance Change?, was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2007, and he toured Great Britain with The Out Out Tour in 2010/2011. He made appearances on various TV shows such as Live at the Apollo, Stand Up for the Week, and the Royal Variety Performance. In addition, he presented a four-part series for Radio 4 entitled Micky Flanagan: What Chance Change? in 2010. Flanagan's autobiography was also published in 2011. He took a sabbatical in 2015 due to work-related stress. In 2017, his sell-out tour 'An Another Fing...' broke box office records across the UK, playing to over 600,000 people across the UK and Ireland.
