Lynyrd Skynyrd is an American rock band that was formed in Jacksonville. The group has long been on the music scene and has had a successful career throughout their time together. Although the band has had some tragic events happen, including the unexpected deaths of some of their members, they were still triumphant over their adversities and pulled through to the front of rock bands from their generation.
