Tyler Childers

Tyler Childers is an American singer-songwriter who began performing in Lexington, Kentucky and Huntington, West Virginia. He released his first album, Bottles And Bibles, in 2011 at the age of 19. Childers has since released two EPs recorded in 2013 at Red Barn Radio, which were later combined and released as Live on Red Barn Radio I & II. His album Purgatory, produced by Sturgill Simpson and David Ferguson, was released in 2017 and reached No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart. Childers won Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2018 Americana Music Honors & Awards. His second album, Country Squire, was released in 2019 and his third album, Long Violent History, was released in 2020. In 2022, Childers released a triple album titled Can I Take My Hounds to Heaven?. He released a new single titled "In Your Love" in July 2023 and announced a new album, Rustin' In the Rain, which was released on September 8, 2023.
