The Who are an English rock band formed in London in 1964. Their classic line-up consisted of lead singer Roger Daltrey, guitarist and singer Pete Townshend, bass guitarist John Entwistle and drummer Keith Moon.

They are considered one of the most influential rock bands of the 20th century, selling over 100 million records worldwide.

The Who's major contributions to rock music include the development of the Marshall stack, large PA systems, use of the synthesizer, Entwistle and Moon's lead playing styles, Townshend's feedback and power chord guitar technique, and the development of the rock opera. They are cited as an influence by hard rock, punk rock and mod bands, and their songs still receive regular exposure.

Following this, they’re set to perform in various locations, including Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, and Bangkok, with the last date on June 11th in Paris. Maroon 5 Background

Maroon 5 is an American pop/rock band originating in California. Contrary to its name, Maroon 5 actually has seven band members, though not all of them are original members. It consists of Adam Levine (the main vocalist), PJ Morton (keyboardist), James Valentine (lead guitarist), Matt Flynn (drummer), Mickey Madden (bassist), Jesse Carmichael (keyboardist and rhythm guitarist), and Sam Farrar (multi-instrumentalist).

The main group members started off in high school and released a single together. Though the response wasn’t what they hoped for, they came back with a vengeance in 2001 and the rest is history! They changed the direction of their music and got signed with Octane Records. Soon after, they released hit song after hit song and topped the Billboard Hot 100 charts for several weeks on end.

      Maroon 5 Greatest Hits

A few classics by Maroon 5 come to mind when talking about their greatest hits. “Makes Me Wonder” was their first single to hit number one on Billboard’s music charts, as well as “Moves Like Jagger” and “One More Night,” which actually was on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for nine straight weeks! Recent songs like, “What Lovers Do” and “Girls Like You,” have also been at the top of the charts for several weeks.

      Bob Dylan Background

Bob Dylan was born as Robert Zimmerman in Duluth, Minnesota in 1941. He got into music by listening to gospel, and then rock songs on the radio. Dylan found himself gravitating towards the folk music genre because he felt it was more realistic and applicable to reality. He went to college, but decided to drop out in his first year and move to New York. He released his self-titled debut album in 1962, and he was well on his way to fame.

Bob Dylan is known for singing about the times he was in. Emotions from the eras of the civil rights movement and anti-war feelings were apparent in his music. He sort of became a voice of the people’s hearts and produced music that connected with many.

Bob Dylan has shown talent in several areas, including singing, writing, and art. He actually received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from former President Barack Obama in 2012 and the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2016.
